Number of rats you have had with PT:

Did these rats/this rat recieve VET treatment:

If not VET treatment, what treatment:

What treatment did the vet use:

Were you happy with the treatment:

How did you recognise your rat had a PT:

Did you follow the death with a PM:

Were the rats / was the rat with PT male or female:

Did you have to adjust their/his/her lifestyle:

How did the rat(s) with PT die... PTS/natural death:

Did these rats/this rat recieve VET treatment: Yes - vet

If not VET treatment, what treatment: No answer

What treatment did the vet use: Steroid and Baytril injection then course of both at home, orally.

Were you happy with the treatment: yes

How did you recognise your rat had a PT: Not holding food, not acting themselves, off balance, arms positioned oddly.

Did you follow the death with a PM: Post mort? No.

Were the rats / was the rat with PT male or female: 5 females, and 4 males.

Did you have to adjust their/his/her lifestyle: Yes.

How did the rat(s) with PT die... PTS/natural death: 7 were natural death and 2 PTS
